It just doesn’t depend on having intercourse at the right time but also about creating the right environment for sperm to meet egg to give a place for a healthy embryo growing into a healthy baby. Conceiving quickly may seem to be your goal but nobody can guarantee the process. Fortunately there are several few steps that you can always try out get conceive faster. Recognise your ovulation symptoms

Listening to your body plays an important role in getting pregnant first. Watch out your ovulation symptoms, some may have just one or two or several other below which helps you more acquainted with your cycle.

  • Change in cervical position and firmness
  • Change cervical mucus (Watery or egg white cervical mucus)

Ovulation prediction kits

As you recognize the symptoms, it’s important to take the ovulation tests as well. This is because, these ovulation predictor (LH) its helps track your ovulation by measuring the luteinizing hormone produced by your pituitary gland in your urine. Take the test at the same time each day for several days by refraining urinating or drinking two to three prior testing. Typically, you got to place the strips in the urine stream and to watch out for results on a digital monitor. A certain color will appear to signal the LH surge, at this point it means that you are ovulating soon and should plan for intercourse. However, note that these tests aren’t that accurate as some internal hormonal changes can help result in inaccurate reading.

Checking your basal body temperature

Charting the basal body temperature is another way to find out when you are ovulating. It is done by checking your body temperatures now and then. If you are non-ovulating, your body temperature will be around 96 to 99 degrees Fahrenheit. Basal body temperature changes throughout your menstrual cycle and during when you are ovulating, it may be half degrees higher. To do this, just take your BBT thermometer and measure your body temperature every morning before you get out of the bed. If you are seeing slightly higher BBT for 3 continuous days then it means that you are ovulating. If you do not see the pattern then the BBT results might be inaccurate which you can prefer taking it rectally or vaginally for more accurate results. Figure out the monthly pattern and plan for the intercourse before your anticipated BBT spike.

Sperm-friendly lubricants

Laying off the lobe is essential part as it can make you more comfortable during intercourse. Make sure to opt for the sperm-friendly lubricants as other lubricants can make sperm die before it is reached to the egg. Always try ramping up the foreplay for enhancing your own natural lubrication.

Men to avoid hot tubs

Taking hot water batch has a bad effect on men. This is because it can reduce the sperm count in men. Make sure to cut back on the hot water baths if you are looking for getting pregnant faster.

Cut back on alcohol

Research has shown that alcohol consumption can affect man’s sperm count and quality. It is necessary to ditch alcohol at least when you are on a plan for getting pregnant faster. So your partner might want to cut back on the alcohol and doctors too suggest skipping it altogether.

Eat a healthy diet

Healthy food helps in increasing progesterone levels which is a key hormone in developing pregnancy, supports ovulation and encourages early implantation which are 3 critical factors in conceiving. Try incorporating the nutritious and balanced diet like fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Avoid smoking

Smoking has a greater risk of miscarriage and ectopic pregnancies. Smoking can lower the secretion of estrogen and can lower the probability of ovulation in a given menstrual cycle and potentially after pregnancy maintenance. Your partner should also curb the smoking as it can lower the quality and count of sperm.

Have a well-timed and planned intercourse

It’s been told to have intercourse once a day especially during the fertile window if you are planning to get pregnant faster. And as we all know too much of good things can also backfire us, so having intercourse too often can reduce partner’s sperm count and not having at all can make your partner’s sperm old and makes it unable to swim fast.

Start with recording the first day of your menstrual cycle for several months. Over the time you begin to see and understand your ovulation patterns. Your fertility is the highest during 1st five days of your menstruation and 24 hours after. Now record the last day of your menstrual cycle and use ovulation calculator. Your calculator will do some fast math and highlight the days of your calendar which will show you the highest chance of getting pregnant faster.
